1:1 sessions with me are 60 minutes and you get 100% of my attention, at all times.

It takes more than just sessions to get you to your goal.
That’s why I offer 1:1 Programs that include your monthly 1:1 session package PLUS
the Integrative Athletics App with your customized program, direct messaging access with your coach, personalized progress tracking, and community led motivation.
Programs are 12 weeks long with progress tracking and guidance along the way.
Training and mobility sessions (in-person and online) are fully interchangeable within your program.

Add Customized Nutrition

I offer a 12 week customized nutrition program that you may purchase as a stand alone program or as an
add-on/integration with your training & mobility program - delivering max results.
This is especially helpful for clients working towards building muscle, losing weight and athletic training programs.

  • Customized calorie and macronutrient targets with multi-metric meal tracking capabilities

  • Weekly example meal plan built around your dietary needs and preferences with monthly rotating recipes and grocery lists 

  • In-app meal tracking capabilities through photo food diary, food logging & MyFitness Pal

  • Meal building, meal prepping and macro, portion guides and basic nutrition education

  • Group coaching forums with coaching videos, challenges, and community led motivation

      $100 one time add-on

    • Program + coaching through voice/video messaging-
      $200 one time add-on

    • Program + Messaging + 30 min bi-weekly coaching check-ins (7 total)- $300 one time add-on

Training with me 1:1

In-Person Session FAQ’s:

  • I train from my personal gym or I can come to you with an additional $25 concierge fee

  • You may always share your training sessions with one additional person, free of charge

  • Add-ons are always available at the time of booking

  • Available to add during booking:

    • Additional person- $0

    • InBody- $0

    • Protein Shake- $8

    • Sauna session (20 min) $10

    • Cold plunge- $5

    • Red lights (15 min) $10

    • Concierge fee- $25
